Marci Baker for Lincoln County Commissioner endorsed by Lincoln County Employees Association

Welcome to my Campaign of Connection!

Being an elected official is about service, not status.

I do not believe elected officials should be placed on pedestals for doing the basic work of showing up, listening, and engaging with the communities they represent. That should be a basic expectation of the role.

As an entrepreneur and systems thinker, I approach operations by beginning with the desired outcome in mind, and identify how that outcome will be measured.

My desired outcome of this campaign is not simply to earn your vote, but to build the relationships and understandings that will be necessary to authentically represent the whole community moving forward. Our community deserves that level of service and care from its government representatives.

I look forward to connecting more!

Your perspective matters.

I am building and testing new engagement systems designed to continue building and maintaining connections post election.

Find all the opportunities to connect with me to help me better understand your community, and to learn more about who I am and how I serve.

Share Your Perspective - Send any message directly to Marci

Use this form to send me a message. If you'd like to connect one on one, have me give you a call, or prefer what you share to be kept private, please include those details in your message. Thanks! - Marci

I want to hear your perspectives, answer your questions, and learn how the County can better serve all of our communities.
